Meet Your Assistant

The FusionX AI Assistant is your primary conversational interface to the AIBAMS ecosystem. Unlike standalone chat tools, FusionX is deeply integrated into your workspace—it can read your files, check your emails, and perform actions on your behalf. You can access the assistant from anywhere in AIBAMS by clicking the FusionX icon in the bottom-right corner, or by navigating to the dedicated FusionX app from the sidebar.

Core Capabilities

1. Content Generation

Draft emails, reports, marketing copy, or internal documentation.
  • “Draft a welcome email for our new client, Sarah.”
  • “Write a 300-word blog post about the benefits of remote work.”
  • “Outline an agenda for tomorrow’s all-hands meeting.”

2. Document Analysis

FusionX can read and extract information from documents stored in FileX.
  • “Summarize the Q3 Financial Report in 3 bullet points.”
  • “What are the key deliverables mentioned in the Acme Corp contract?”
  • “Compare ‘Proposal A’ and ‘Proposal B’ and tell me which is cheaper.”

3. Data Querying

Ask questions about your workspace activity.
  • “How many contact form submissions did we get on WebX this week?”
  • “Find the email where John mentioned the new marketing budget.”
  • “Show me all files uploaded by Alice yesterday.”

4. Action Execution

Tell FusionX to do things for you.
  • “Create a new folder in FileX called ‘Project Phoenix’.”
  • “Send an email to the marketing team asking for a status update.”
  • “Schedule a reminder to follow up with David next Tuesday.”

Writing Effective Prompts

To get the best results from FusionX, follow these best practices:

Be Specific

Provide context, format requirements, and constraints.
  • “Write an email to a client.”
  • “Write a polite follow-up email to David at Acme Corp. Mention our meeting last Tuesday, ask if he has reviewed the proposal, and keep it under 100 words.”

Reference Workspace Items

Explicitly mention the files or data you want FusionX to use.
  • “Based on the ‘Q3 Marketing Strategy.pdf’ in FileX, write a summary for the executive team.”

Assign a Persona

Tell FusionX how to act to influence the tone of the output.
  • “Act as a senior legal consultant. Review this contract and highlight any clauses that pose a liability risk.”

In-App Assistance

FusionX doesn’t just live in its chat window. It is embedded directly into other Fusion Suite apps:

In MailX

  • Smart Reply: Generates 3 contextual quick-reply options for incoming emails.
  • Draft Assist: Click the wand icon in the composer to have AI write the email from a brief prompt.
  • Tone Adjustment: Highlight text and ask FusionX to make it “more professional,” “shorter,” or “friendlier.”

In WebX

  • AI Site Generation: Describe your business, and FusionX builds the entire site layout and copy.
  • Copywriter: Click any text block on your website and ask FusionX to rewrite it.

In FileX

  • Auto-Summarize: Select a document and click “Summarize” to get a quick overview without opening the file.

Managing Conversations

Conversation History

FusionX saves your chat history. You can find past conversations in the left sidebar of the FusionX app. This is useful if you want to resume a brainstorming session or refer back to generated content.

Clearing Context

By default, FusionX remembers the context of the current conversation. If you want to change topics entirely, click New Chat (or the broom icon) to clear the context window. This prevents FusionX from confusing the new topic with the previous one.
Clearing a chat does not erase FusionX’s long-term Business Memory. See the Memory System guide for details on how long-term memory works.
