Is my data encrypted?

Yes. Security is built into every layer of AIBAMS (FusionOS).
  • Data at Rest: All files stored in FileX, emails in MailX, and database records are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.
  • Data in Transit: All communications between your browser and our servers, as well as internal microservice communications, are encrypted using TLS 1.3.

Who has access to my workspace data?

Only authorized users within your workspace organization have access to your data, governed by the Roles & Permissions set by your Admins. AIBAMS employees cannot access your private files, emails, or AI conversation histories. In the rare event that technical support requires access to debug a specific issue, we employ a strict internal access request protocol requiring explicit, time-bound approval from your workspace Owner.

Do you sell my data or use it for advertising?

Absolutely not. We are a SaaS infrastructure company, not an advertising company. Our business model relies on subscription revenue. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal or business data in any way.

Is my data used to train AIBAMS’ AI models?

No. AIBAMS explicitly does not use customer data (files, emails, chat history, or FusionX memories) to train our foundational AI models. Your data is processed by the AI models strictly to fulfill your specific requests (e.g., summarizing a document). The memory layer that FusionX builds is completely isolated to your specific workspace namespace and is never shared across organizations.

Is AIBAMS GDPR compliant?

Yes, AIBAMS is designed to be fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar data privacy laws. We provide:
  • Right to Erasure: Tools to permanently delete user accounts and associated data.
  • Data Portability: Tools to export all workspace data in standard formats.
  • Consent Management: Transparent opt-in processes for tracking and analytics (only used for platform improvement).
  • Data Processing Agreements (DPA): Available for Enterprise customers upon request.

Does AIBAMS support Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Yes. We strongly encourage all users to enable Two-Factor Authentication using an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator). Workspace Admins have the ability to enforce mandatory 2FA for all users within their organization through the Security Settings panel.

What happens if I forget my password and lose my 2FA device?

If you lose access to your authenticator app, you will need to use one of the Backup Codes that were provided to you when you initially set up 2FA. If you have lost both your device and your backup codes, you must contact your Workspace Admin. Admins have the ability to reset a user’s 2FA configuration from the User Management panel. If you are the sole Workspace Owner and lose access, you will need to contact AIBAMS Support and undergo a rigorous identity verification process to regain access.

How do you handle vulnerability reporting?

We take security vulnerabilities seriously. We operate a vulnerability disclosure program and encourage security researchers to report potential issues to security@aibams.com. We commit to investigating all legitimate reports promptly.
