What is the Early Access Program?

The Early Access program is a special offering available to our first 501 customers. It provides full access to the entire Fusion Suite (plus all upcoming apps) at a significantly reduced, locked-in rate (₹849/month). In exchange for this discounted rate, we ask Early Access members to provide feedback to help us shape the future of the platform.

Is there a free trial?

We do not offer a traditional free trial. Instead, we focus on providing immediate, high-value access through our Early Access special pricing, which is designed to be affordable for businesses of all sizes to test and deploy.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods with AIBAMS. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard settings. If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Do I have to pay setup fees?

No. All setup and development fees are completely waived for Early Access members. You only pay the flat subscription fee.

What happens after my first year on Early Access?

Your pricing is locked for the first 12 months. After that period, your subscription will transition to our standard pricing. However, as an early supporter, we guarantee you will always receive a preferential, discounted rate compared to the public pricing available at that time.

Can I pay annually instead of monthly?

Yes. In fact, selecting the annual billing option during checkout is usually required to lock in the lowest possible monthly equivalent rate (e.g., ₹849/month billed annually). Monthly billing options are available but at a higher rate.

Are team members included in the price?

Yes. The Early Access plan includes up to 10 team members. You do not need to pay a per-user license fee until you exceed that limit.

What happens if I exceed my storage or email limits?

If you approach your limits (e.g., nearing 100 GB in FileX), we will send you a warning notification. If you hit the hard limit, you will temporarily be unable to upload new files or receive new emails until you either free up space by deleting older items or upgrade your plan to increase your limits.

Do you offer Enterprise plans?

Yes. For large organizations requiring custom storage limits, SSO integration, dedicated account management, or custom data residency, we offer Enterprise plans. Please contact our sales team at sales@aibams.com for a custom quote.

How do refunds work?

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis according to our Refund Policy. Generally, we evaluate refund requests made within the first 7 days of subscription activation if the platform does not meet your expectations.
