What is AIBAMS?

AIBAMS stands for Autonomous AI Infrastructure for Business Management Systems. It is a unified operating environment designed to simplify how businesses work, grow, and scale. Instead of subscribing to separate tools for email, cloud storage, website hosting, and AI, AIBAMS provides all of these in a single, tightly integrated platform.

No. AIBAMS is designed to be accessible to non-technical users. Our AI tools (like WebX for website generation) allow you to build complex systems using simple, conversational prompts. We handle the infrastructure, security, and hosting in the background.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. You can connect your custom domain (e.g., yourcompany.com) to AIBAMS. This allows you to host your website via WebX and send/receive professional emails via MailX using your domain.

How does the AIBAMS AI (FusionX) differ from ChatGPT?

While generic AI tools like ChatGPT start with a blank slate every time, FusionX has Business Memory. It is deeply integrated into your AIBAMS workspace. FusionX can read your FileX documents, analyze your MailX emails, and remember specific facts about your organization, team, and clients to provide highly personalized, context-aware assistance.

Is AIBAMS secure?

Security is foundational to AIBAMS. We employ:
  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
  • TLS 1.3 for data in transit.
  • Strict data isolation between tenant workspaces.
  • Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) options.
  • Zero-knowledge principles where applicable.

Does AIBAMS train its AI on my private data?

No. AIBAMS never uses your private workspace data, files, emails, or conversations to train our foundational AI models. Your data remains completely isolated and is only used to provide context to your specific FusionX assistant instances.

How many apps are included in the Fusion Suite?

The core Fusion Suite currently includes WebX (websites), MailX (email), FileX (cloud storage), and FusionX (AI assistant). However, we are actively developing and releasing over 45 additional applications. Early Access members get full access to all new apps as they are released at no extra charge.

Do I have to download anything to use AIBAMS?

No. AIBAMS is a 100% cloud-based web application. You access it entirely through your web browser at portal.aibams.com.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. You can invite team members to your AIBAMS workspace. You can assign them specific roles (Admin, Member, Viewer) to control what they can access. Team members do not need to purchase separate subscriptions; they are covered under your organization’s plan.
